The following pages provide information to assist in research into FEPOWs' histories, the regiments and units they were in and where they went as prisoners.
Some of our members are willing to help others, where possible,
who may be searching for information on the Far East. They are
not professional researchers or experts, but while researching
for their own personal information they have accumulated data

International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Records of Prisoners of War are held by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Geneva, Switzerland. It is possible that staff there may be able to provide biographical information relevant to any enquiry. A fee may be required to cover staff time. Persons seeking information should write to:- Archives Division and Research Service Please be sure to provide as much information as possible in
your letter. It is essential that you include the name
and nationality of the individual you are enquiring
about. The following information, if known, is also extremely
