David Morris Griffiths died on the 22 July 1945 at the 110 Mile peg Tambunan Track, Ranau No. 2 Jungle Camp on the Sandakan death marches.
Son of David John and Frances Griffiths, husband of Hilda May Griffiths and father of Patricia Eileen (whom he never saw).
A Father, a Grandfather

A soldier, a hero
